Disney just bought Marvel Comics for $4 billion dollars. Strange.

Captain Cure Bike team...

The staff at Captain Cure Comics has created a bike team to take part in Jackson's Ride The Gorge, and event taking place in Hood River on July18th. The Ride is a fundraising event for the Northwest Sarcoma Foundation (http://www.nwsarcoma.org/). As many of you may be aware, my good friend Ty Wakefield (creator of Captain Cure) has been fighting Osteo-Sarcoma for the past several years. This foundation has helped Ty, as well as countless others, deal with this dreaded disease. Wrap up on Olympia....

There is a nice write-up about the Olympia Comics Festival at: http://www.theolympian.com/southsound/story/880922.html Ghost Assassin is mentioned in the first line. My buddies Tony (Gunbaby) and Jason (NeoTrash) are also quoted several times in the story. Overall the show was very fun. The turnout was a lot smaller than in previous years and it could have been better organized, but overall it was fun.
